Job description

A NASDAQ company, pioneering the tech industry with its cutting-edge products and solutions, is seeking a Web Back-End Developer. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of the back-end of the company's web applications. The company is dedicated to driving innovation and facilitating efficient goal achievement for users and businesses. We are looking for candidates who excel in managing multiple responsibilities and are adept at solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Go and associated technologies to architect and manage reliable, scalable back-end systems
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing components with server-side logic
  • Implement robust security and data protection measures for existing web applications
  • Optimize the speed and scalability of current applications to enhance user experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify and address performance issues and bottlenecks
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and incorporate them into everyday tasks
  • Act as a technical lead, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of overall experience as a back-end web developer
  • A minimum of 1+ year/s of hands-on experience with Go
  • Deep understanding of web development principles and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex challenges
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
