Job description

An emerging company building innovative solutions to help businesses understand and engage with their audiences more efficiently, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer. The developer will be shaping the company’s current and future product development by converting the product roadmap into reality. The company's proprietary technology is revolutionizing research, offering large-scale qualitative results in a quarter of the time it takes to do so using traditional methods. This is a great opportunity for developers who are eager to work in a startup setting and build game-changing solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write front-end code to match the mocks and back-end codes to handle the complex business logic
  • Take part in complex technical problems and break them down by writing down technical specifications
  • Improve the company’s culture by engaging with people and different processes
  • Build code efficiently and products that directly interact with clients
  • Communicate fluently with other engineers and convey technical information to non-technical people
  • Work closely with different teams on several projects
  • Mentor other engineers who have less experience
  • Make engineering decisions that will have a long-term impact on the technology and company
  • Leverage empathy in your interactions with team members and users

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Must have experience in DevOps, front-end and back-end tech stacks
  • Expertise with web development frameworks like React, Django, and AWS is required
  • Expertise in building robust software and mentoring other engineers
  • Experience working at a startup is a plus
  • Competency in giving and receiving feedback with kindness, curiosity, and an open mind
  • Proficiency in building robust software and bringing difficult engineering problems to resolution
  • Prior work experience as a tech lead on a project, working with design and product to scope requirements and build features in collaboration with other engineers
