A well-established US-based online retail company that makes custom clothing and accessories for groups and occasions is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Engineer. The developer will be tasked with helping the team to concept and deliver innovative solutions to pressing problems. The company is dedicated to making personalized apparel designing and purchase affordable, simple, and dependable. They have managed to raise funding worth more than $40.5 mn so far. This will be an exciting opportunity for developers to learn and define the best-in-class technology and process.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions for end-users, both internal and external 
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-disciplinary teams to prioritize, scope, specify, build, test, and deliver high-quality applications
  • Influence, nurture, lead, and scale the engineering culture and process of the organization
  • Strike a balance between short-term value and long-term quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Multiple years of experience in developing technical solutions for web applications at scale
  • Extremely strong in the back-end (server-side, API, storage, etc.)
  • Be a code owner committed to building high-quality software
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent collaboration and documentation skills
  • Ability to deliver autonomously
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
