Job description

A US-based company manufacturing data protection services management software solutions for enterprises and managed service providers is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of developing different solutions from scratch and working on existing applications. Businesses may automate backup operations oversight, portfolio management, and compliance audits using the company's comprehensive platform. The company has raised more than $13 mn in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write high quality, robust, secure, and testable code
  • Create unit tests for your code and facilitate automated end-to-end testing 
  • Participate in conducting peer code reviews
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of the products
  • Work closely with the QA team to troubleshoot problems, fix bugs, and analyze root causes 
  • Work with product management and customer support teams to understand and satisfy customer requirements
  • Assist in providing technical and thought leadership to the team
  • Provide a valid rationale to the team in selecting the best alternatives to technical issues
  • Actively engage in improving engineering processes

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer 
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development 
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles
  • Extensive experience in Web UI with JavaScript frameworks, including Vue.js React or Angular
  • Prolific expertise in full-stack with MS-SQL, .Net Framework, C#, and C++
  • Comprehensive experience in developing REST APIs and working with various web service authentication frameworks
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality enterprise solutions over multiple product lifecycles
  • Prior experience in an agile scrum development environment
  • Solid understanding of DevOps development practices
  • Ability to work independently across multiple product areas and features
  • Proficient English language communication skills (written and verbal)
