Job description

A fast-growing company that is developing an alternative trading system for financial exchange is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of the development lifecycle, from conception to release to maintenance. The company is building on the blockchain to help customers trade real assets in a secure and efficient environment. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who are eager to push themselves and build a multifaceted platform. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient, scalable, and reusable code
  • Analyze and test code quality to maintain high standards
  • Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components
  • Define and implement specs for front-end/back-end APIs
  • Create API interfaces that meet front-end requirements
  • Optimize database queries and server response times

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
  • Must have equal expertise in React, Node, and Python
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other Front-End languages
  • Must be proficient in JavaScript and Python - libraries, frameworks, and tech stacks
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data streaming, processing, modeling, and storage
  • Strong understanding of reactive concepts and single-page applications
  • Ability to replicate designs beyond Bootstrap components
  • Experience in design patterns and microservices-based architectures
  • Strong understating of production environments like error handling, logging, metrics, etc.
  • Ability to deliver results and make tradeoffs between solutions and product impact
  • Experience building data pipelines in order to get the data needed to build and derive value
  • Skilled with at least one deep-learning framework
  • Adept in written and verbal English communication
