Job description

An early-stage startup that is developing cutting-edge electric mobility and logistical solutions that is transforming the industry, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Engineer. The engineer will be working directly with the head of product and data science while taking charge of creating the API that links the platform's front-end to the back-end. Through the use of their digital SaaS platform, the company is helping enterprises to effectively electrify and optimize their entire fleet. This is a great opportunity for developers who are passionate about working with state-of-the-art technology while learning from the industry’s greatest minds. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to optimize, scale, and improve the company’s web-app product with GIS components, deployed on Google Cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refactor key aspects of the back-end and the front-end
  • Oversee and mentor junior developers while managing the assigned development activity
  • Create code that is reusable, testable, and complies with standards

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or back-end engineer
  • Prior experience working in a senior and autonomous position
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL
  • 3+ years of experience with GCP
  • Prior experience working with Python and other relevant libraries
  • Some understanding of no-code frameworks like Bubble
  • Nice to have prior knowledge and experience with DevOps technologies
  • Excellent written and conversational English communication skills
