Job description

A rapidly-growing company building a one-of-a-kind product that is revolutionizing how hybrid teams are evaluated and developed is looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building intuitive, fluid, responsive, robust, and high-performant features and applications. The company aims to bridge the gaps in professional development that is caused due to hybrid settings. The company has managed to secure more than $10 mn in funding so far.

Job Responsibilities:

Build scalable features, troubleshoot, and fix bugs
Collaborate on a product and technical roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable
Write code that is high-quality, efficient, scalable, and reusable
Deliver high-quality products by collaborating with other engineers and cross-functional teams

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Dart/Flutter
Prior experience in CI/CD tooling for Dart/Flutter
Demonstrable experience in consuming Firestore, GraphQL & REST APIs
Experience in unit testing, with a proven track record of achieving high code coverage of at least 80%
Solid understanding of applying Solid principles
Growth mindset, adaptability to changes, learning new concepts, techniques, and technologies
Fluent in verbal and written English
