Job description

A U.S.-based company providing integrated, holistic hair care courses and solutions to users is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for building robust features and augmentations in a stable, tested, and efficient approach. The company offers personal care services, online courses, hair loss treatment, and education in the beauty industry. This position requires some overlap with the GMT +8 time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a mobile app that allows users to scan personal care products 
  • Work with the team to build scalable products that enhance customer experience 
  • Take accountability for your codebase and suggest improvements in the existing code framework
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure all developers are on the same page

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer 
  • Extensive experience in Node.js and Python
  • Prolific experience in React Native front-end technologies
  • Nice to have experience in database management
  • Experience in PostgreSQL is preferred
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
