Full-Stack Software Engineer

A fast-growing healthcare company delivering purpose-built treatments for various specific substance use disorders, is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer. The engineer will join the early team to develop the foundational features of the operational and customer experiences while building and maintaining software to help people overcome substance abuse disorder (SUD). The company thoughtfully innovates with sound research, data, and well-proven engagement techniques to deliver innovative, evidence-based solutions. Job Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders, collaborate with other engineers and study new technologies to improve the results
• Join a mission-driven startup dedicated to improve treatment results for substance use disorders
• As an engineer, you will create both software and the engineering culture
• As part of a multi-functional, agile team, advise on technical decisions as well as product management and product design.
• Create operational software to aid care team efforts in assisting the members

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
• At least 3+ years of professional experience working as part of a collaborative team
• At least 2 years of experience designing apps or service-based systems as a software engineer
• Keen understanding of Python, Typescript, React, HTML, writing tests, creating outstanding user interfaces, and collaborating with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate your ideas clearly
• Prior experience working as a member of an agile team and collaborating with other developers
• Experience creating exceptional products, from elegant code to tests
• Experience developing compliant systems. SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST
• Ability to create software that is well-tested, maintainable, clean, and secure
• Be involved in every stage of the product's life cycle, from discovery to deployment
