Job description

A fast-growing company that is developing world-class technology that can transform the financial industry is looking for a Full-Stack MERN Developer. The selected candidate will be helping to develop medium to large-scale software projects based on requirements. The company is developing a web application for financial datasets that enables collaborative crowdsourcing of financial data by fundamental analysts. This will be a long-term position requiring some overlap with the CST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing, interpreting, and making decisions that can affect the work methods and related procedures
  • Contribute to requirements for analysis and architectural design
  • Develop detailed, accurate, and concise documentation about the developmental cycle
  • Work on debugging and resolving complex software problems in existing software

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack MERN engineer
  • Thorough understanding of MERN stack with knowledge of best practices
  • Deep understanding of languages like TypeScript, React, and Redux is required
  • Ability to work with Tailwind CSS and Auth0 Authentication will be beneficial
  • Thorough understanding of NoSQL, MongoDB, Next.js, and Node.js is essential
  • Fluent in English communication
