Job description

A fast-paced company that has developed an all-in-one platform to expand a theatre’s reach by selling and promoting tickets is looking for a Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high performance and platform compatibility. The company offers seating charts, reserved seats, and general admittance flexibility so that customers may match the expectations and demands of their audience. This position requires an overlap with the EST timezone.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and advocate rapid iteration and Agile approaches to software development
Maintaining high performance and compatibility across platforms
Be a full-fledged contributor and help cross-functional teams
Build self-contained, reusable, and testable code

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Knowledge of Node.js and AWS DevOps
Familiarity with React and MySQL
Proficiency in English
