Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is developing convergent software and connectivity solutions to optimize key business processes is looking for a Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for defining the application's objectives, features, and functionality. The company's experienced team develops practical solutions that help businesses to significantly improve the results in key indicators. This will be a long-term, full-time position that requires 4+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Actively identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with new trends
Create a long-term impact on the technology stack's direction
Analyze and improve system components' efficiency and scalability

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
Extensive experience in Java, Docker, and Laravel
Nice to have experience in telecommunications
Fluency in written and verbal Spanish
Proficiency in conversational and written English
