Job description

A rapidly-growing company helping businesses streamline form gathering to quickly, compliantly, and remotely onboard new team members, is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of writing clean, efficient, and reusable code. The company is dedicated to helping businesses replace the inefficient and error-prone HR onboarding processes with a more mobile-friendly, efficient, and error-free solution. They have managed to raise more than $1.4mn in funding so far. This role requires some overlap with the MST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software systems
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership to implement new feature concepts as quickly as possible
  • Solve complex problems with effective design and implementation
  • Contribute feature development ideas to the technical roadmap
  • Analyze and improve system components' scalability, and stability

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Extensive experience in Vue, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
