Job description

A fast-growing company on a mission to compel athletes through the power of technology is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining the production environment, making it scalable and highly available. The company is building the next generation of digital software for the world’s leading sports organizations and players. They have managed to raise more than $50mn during their Series C round. This will be an excellent opportunity for developers to join the team and contribute to the digital transformation of athletics.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team up with product designers and product managers to develop functionality that is efficient and meets the users needs 
  • Create and deploy high-quality, well-tested APIs and web/mobile applications
  • Key into discussions on software design and architecture
  • Create and keep internal software tools up to date
  • Maintain the code and technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs
  • Improve the software efficiency by identifying bottlenecks

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a full-stack engineer
  • Proficiency in Python and Flask, modern JavaScript, React, and React Native
  • Expertise in SQL skills and/or with ORMs like Postgres and SQLAlchemy
  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks is required
  • Required expertise in Celery/RabbitMQ, React Native, GraphQL, Docker, and CI/CD
  • Must have an experience in AWS/S3/EC2/Lambda
  • Fluent English skills
