Job description

A US-based company that leverages AI technology to help businesses make the right hiring decisions and expand their operations is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building end-to-end features that will help streamline the platform and provide users with a delightful experience. The company’s AI examines all potential candidates in real-time to determine the ideal matches. It assists in providing a seamless experience for both the business and the individual. During their seed round, the company has managed to raise $4.8 mn+ in funding. This will be a long-term, full-time role and requires 4-5 hours overlap with the PST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Stay ahead of customer needs and innovate continuously to improve
Participate in design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
Work across teams with business users to gather and define the process requirements
Communicate and keep the management and technical support teams informed on the workflow

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
2+ years of experience working with Typescript, Node.js, and React
Familiar with PostgreSQL and related technologies
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Experience with agile software development methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
