Job description

A US-based company that leverages AI technology to help businesses make the right hiring decisions and expand their operations is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building end-to-end features that will help streamline the platform and provide users with a delightful experience. The company’s AI examines all potential candidates in real-time to determine the ideal matches. It assists in providing a seamless experience for both the business and the individual. During their seed round, the company has managed to raise $4.8 mn+ in funding. This will be a long-term, full-time role and requires 4-5 hours overlap with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stay ahead of customer needs and innovate continuously to improve
  • Participate in design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
  • Work across teams with business users to gather and define the process requirements
  • Communicate and keep the management and technical support teams informed on the workflow

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • 2+ years of experience working with Typescript, Node.js, and React
  • Familiar with PostgreSQL and related technologies
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
