Job description

A US-based mentoring platform for engineers and product managers that assists them in developing the necessary hard and soft skills to advance in their careers, is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of ensuring top-quality by reviewing the team’s code. The company's veteran mentors provide special, personalized leadership mentorship for engineers and product team members. The company has managed to secure funding worth more than $3 mn. This is a rare opportunity for developers to learn from the best engineering and product leaders in the industry.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the technical architecture for the product
  • Build out new features to enhance the product experience
  • Improve performance to drive growth and engagement
  • Establish the development norms and methods for the team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-7+ years of professional experience in software engineering
  • Proficient with Java, JavaScript/Typescript, and Python
  • Lead, guide, and mentor other developers on standard engineering practices to follow
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to persevere
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
