Full Stack Engineer

An early-stage, high-growth company specializing in rental management services and simplifying the renting process is looking to hire a Full-stack Engineer. The engineer will work on developing new features and technology that impact the rental industry. The company is venture-backed and offers multiple rental features including, flexible payment structure, tailored property management, 24hrs on-call maintenance, etc. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to join a fast-growing start-up with solid revenue growth and build out the technology at scale. The role requires a minimum of 5+ hours overlap with EST. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Build out new features across all levels of the stack 
• Take part in code review process with other engineers
• Work on software optimization and solution design for complex problems
• Take ownership and responsibility for the development, release, and maintenance of core features
• Perform seamless integrations to improve products 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant full-stack engineering experience
• Prior experience developing in Ruby on Rails, Javascript, and CSS
• Proficiency with modern stacks such as React, Angular, and Vue
• Product/Customer focused mindset
• Demonstrated ability to break down projects into smaller meaningful pieces 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
