Job description

A fast-growing parking operations platform is looking for a Full-stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building and integrating user-facing elements with back-end functionalities, designing and developing back-end and UI components. The company modernizes parking assets with one streamlined service covering enforcement, payment collection, and maintenance. It is currently operating hundreds of parking lots and garages across the United States and Canada. It is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 4 hours daily overlap with PST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and integrate user-facing elements with back-end functionalities
  • Design and develop back-end and user interface components
  • Implement data security and protection within the application
  • Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science(or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of extensive experience working as a full-stack engineer
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Python, Django and React.js
  • Experience in React Native development
  • Some experience in DevOps and code review
  • Knowledge of software architecture would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
