Job description

An industry-leading platform for communicators is looking for a Full-stack Engineer. The developer will join the team and contribute to scaling the platform, which is being used by some of the world's largest companies. The company is building solutions that impact distributed workforces and has gained a large customer base with millions of employees worldwide. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in front-end and back-end technologies, including JavaScript and Ruby. This is a nice opportunity for those who would like to join a fast-growing team and make a lasting impact with lifelong connections.

Job Responsibilities:

Create clean, maintainable, and scalable, and well-tested code
Develop beautiful web-based user interfaces and reporting dashboards
Work with other team members to develop solutions for highly complex problems
Build an environment where creative solutions are required
Work with staff across teams to design and implement new features
Collaborate with others and to support customers and give product demonstrations

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of front-end engineering experience
Track record of experience in front-end development on high-scale systems using React or other modern JavaScript framework
Proficiency in building Enterprise level applications with Ruby on Rails
Experience with D3.js or other data visualization JavaScript library
Sound knowledge of Node, Ruby, and other full-stack technologies
Experience with OOD, domain-driven design, and microservices is nice to have
Experience working in an agile environment
Passion for developing quality products
Ability to learn from teammates and thrive on new challenges
