Job description

A reputed software company that is helping businesses become more efficient, profitable, and sustainable through its new-age business management software, is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s front-end as well as back-end operations to enhance user experience and expound company vision. This company provides intelligent and intuitive software solutions that give more control to business owners by streamlining everyday processes such as managing multiple jobs & projects, handling various staff & project scheduling, and swiftly producing consistent quotes, among other things. This role requires a 4-hour overlap with the CEST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Take ownership of products from the front-end and back-end of the company platform
Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code
Analyze data, understand user requirements, and create transformative features to drive user engagement
Develop new and maintain existing features to optimize engineering processes
Collaborate effectively with various teams to come up with a technical roadmap

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Expertise with Vue.js/Inertia.js, Beautify JSON, PHP, and Laravel
Familiarity with the construction industry would be a plus
Excellent English communication skills
