Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is enabling customers to launch and expand their own real estate businesses is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for making sure the work result satisfies the requirements of the organization’s clients, services team, and company objectives. The company's platform makes it easier to become a sophisticated real estate investor by offering the systems, tools, templates, and assistance required. This will be a full-time position. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create internal front-end mobile and web applications to deliver services to clients
  • Determine client aches and hurdles and promote product upgrades
  • Build new tools and product features in collaboration with leadership, product management, and teammates
  • Remotely pair programs and perform code reviews
  • For the delivery of high-quality, continuous products, adhere to the development procedures and standards currently in place
  • Pick initiative over passivity, and show that you're willing to ask for help when you're stuck
  • Engage in a job that offers difficulties and opportunities for career progression
  • Take responsibility for your work output and team accomplishments with pride

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • 3+ years of experience working with React, Python, and Django
  • Prolific experience building web applications 
  • Ability to develop and carry out thorough unit testing
  • Demonstrable experience being productive in a high-energy atmosphere that emphasizes getting things done
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Possess a constructive, team-based approach to product development  
  • Nice to have some React Native and hybrid mobile applications experience
  • Prior experience using message brokers like Kafka
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and AWS-hosted services
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
