Job description

A U.S.-based, corporate expenditure management platform, that is simplifying the process of onboarding companies into crypto, is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer. The selected engineer will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, build simple solutions across complex systems, and innovate the world of finance. The platform and its product aim to empower companies to continuously track and manage their digital assets, and set up a crypto wallet, all in one place. The company has successfully raised over $5.2 Million during its Seed funding round. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop systems that work across different chains, protocols, and traditional fintech rails, while ensuring that they’re fairly simple for the end-user
  • Refine and scale the existing company-owned technology, and brainstorm new cutting-edge products
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as design, product, and ops to execute projects from ideation to launch
  • Shape the engineering process, grow and contribute towards team building, tooling, and culture

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
  • Previous experience (2+ years) building high-quality production systems (can be beyond web3 or fintech)
  • Background in and understanding of DApps, payment rails, application security, or back-end infrastructure
  • Experience and interest in working at all layers of TypeScript, React, NextJS, and PostgreSQL is a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented and obsessive with the craft
  • Ability to build nuanced products that deliver a great customer experience
  • Understanding of bugs, bug fixes, and the ability to take constructive criticism
  • Growth mindset, drive to scale yourself and others; gain new skill sets
  • Excited about tackling, and mastering new challenges from the ground up
  • Action-first bias with the ability to take tough decisions and work autonomously 
  • Good command of written and spoken English communication
