Job description

A fast-paced company that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry by providing customized plans for weight loss for best results is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for improving the database for patient records and limiting the number of webhooks. The company connects patients and clinicians to talk about evidence-based weight loss techniques as part of its objective to help patients feel heard and understood. The company has managed to raise $500k in funding. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • As the business grows, you will be in charge of the technological development and architecture
  • Develop front-end functionality for users, and enhance performance and dependability
  • Improve the patient record database and control the volume of webhooks
  • Rely on software for scheduling and managing patients and providers, distributed systems design, and growth experiments as a foundation
  • Optimize engineering procedures and equipment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Knowledge of Python and Javascript
  • Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Platform
  • Prior working experience on a code base at scale
  • Previously worked on healthcare-related software is a plus
  • Passion for improving the healthcare system is nice to have
  • Proficiency in English
