Job description

A U.S.-based company offering customers clinical trial data handling, analysis, and reporting services is looking for a Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Developer. The developer will be responsible for building well-developed features and writing clean, scalable code. The company is developing a next-gen application to help define, govern, manage, consume, and deliver clinical trials data standards, metadata, and mappings. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Build high-quality, responsive, and clean stacks
  • Collaborate with clients to understand the requirements and execute them efficiently
  • Work with a wide range of systems to solve end-to-end problems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Demonstrable experience with detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architectures and infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT, and reporting/analytic tools
  • Solid understanding of database technologies and writing complex SQL
  • Prolific experience in SQL performance tuning and query optimization by indexing, partitioning, and denormalization
  • Experience working with CI/CD processes such as Semaphore and source control using Git
  • Nice to have security and privacy principles
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
