Job description

A rapidly-emerging company developing solid staffing/HCM/CRM software while setting aggressive growth goals, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for building new web technologies to improve the application. The company is providing businesses with enterprise solutions that empower staffing agencies and corporations to manage their recruiting and staffing operations. This will be a full-time position that can lead to extensive career growth opportunities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product teams, engineers, and UI/UX to comprehend business requirements, user experience goals, and pain points
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects to completion
  • Design, build and enhance RESTful APIs
  • Develop reusable components and libraries with SOLID principles 
  • Ability to make decisions independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prior experience building SaaS software in a professional environment
  • Ability to identify gaps in processes or workflow and suggest improvements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of large-scale applications, dealing with massive data sets 
  • Extensive experience in Next js, React, Typescript, Docker, and AWS 
  • Prolific experience in OpenAPI, Swagger, and Go
  • Demonstrable experience working in an agile environment
  • Solid understanding of engineering best practices
  • Excellent debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
