Job description

A US-based company that is dedicated to bringing greater well-being to enterprises and employees everywhere is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of crafting an interactive, robust, and performant platform for a better user experience. Businesses may use the platform to help their employees prevent stress, anxiety, and burnout by offering them access to hundreds of qualified coaches, well-being content, live wellness workshops, and more. This will be a full-time position requiring some overlap with the IST or Asia time zones. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate engineering best practices and learn from industry experts
  • Comprehend product requirements, write code and come up with the technical implementation of the features
  • Work closely across cross-functional teams to build effective, sustainable relationships, and deliver quality products for the company
  • Constantly learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools to make the development process more effective

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Extensive experience in Node.js, React, and PHP
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
