Job description

A US-based company on a mission to help change the way people live with beautiful home furnishings at pocket-friendly prices is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be tasked with building new feature development, including bug fixes and improving the overall functionality of the platform. The leading furniture and home accents retail company has developed an expansive e-commerce site along with an impressive number of showrooms across the country. This role requires 4-6+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-disciplinary teams to prioritize, scope, specify, build, test, and deliver data pipelines, schemas, models, tests, and bots
  • Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities
  • Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals
  • Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • 5+ years of experience with React and Next.js
  • 5+ years of experience with Node.js, Typescript, and JavaScript
  • Expertise in AWS is nice to have
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
