Job description

A US-based company that has managed to build an innovative platform that helps businesses and employers to easily hire and manage external talent is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for pushing features rapidly and leading the architecture of the products and platform. The company enables revolutionary internet talent platforms, staffing, and recruiting agencies to provide contract positions to their clients, thereby assisting in the revitalization of the modern labor economy. This is an excellent opportunity for developers who enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate engineering best practices and learn from industry veterans
  • Understand product requirements and handle features from ideation to implementation 
  • Work closely with leadership roles to build effective relationships, learn from them, and assist them in meeting company’s goals
  • Eagerly learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools to make the software development process more efficient

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer 
  • Prior experience building and deploying web applications in Vue.js/React.js and Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) 
  • Proven track record building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, or undocumented interfaces)
  • Ability to take ownership of projects 
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability 
  • Passion for startups is a plus
