Job description

A US-based software engineering company that designs, develops, and delivers relevant software services to customers, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be providing structure and support while leading a growing engineering team that is eager to tackle multifaceted technologies and engineering practices. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and engineers to identify functional and non-functional needs for new software or apps
  • Create high-level product requirements that take system integration and practicality into account
  • Communicate concepts and guidelines to the development team effectively
  • Oversee the development team's work to ensure that the final product is consistent with the original design
  • Assist developers and engineers with technical advice and training
  • Tasks in the software development life cycle should be identified, prioritised, and executed
  • Use proper tools and scripting to automate tasks
  • Review and debug code and use pull requests to provide meaningful feedback to engineers
  • Validation and verification testing are required
  • Improve procedures by collaborating with internal teams and vendors
  • Keep track of the stages of development and keep an eye on the systems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • 5+ years of experience with coding in various languages like C# and NET
  • Experience with ElasticSearch, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices is a must
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, DocumentDb)
  • Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture is required
  • Must have an understanding of software quality assurance principles
  • Technical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Keen eye for details with sound visual awareness
  • Ability to think and create in multiple dimensions
  • Experience as a software architect is preferred
  • Must be able to understand the design and development of Microservices solutions
  • Must have an experience in software development, scripting, and project management
  • Experience using system monitoring tools (e.g., Data Dog) and automated testing frameworks is a must
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows) is nice to have
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
