Job description

An emerging company that is building a revolutionary leadership development platform to help users accelerate behavior change is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be expected to take ownership of the platform's key features, products, or subsystems. The platform's interactive and personalized training sessions help users boost their leadership, management, and professional skills through workplace video reviews. This is a great opportunity for developers who enjoy working with ambiguous requirements in an agile environment. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm with your team to come up with creative solutions
  • Collaborate with product and design stakeholders, as well as communicate with customers
  • Define the product as a group and assist in putting the requirements into action
  • Communicate with customers and learn about their requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a full-stack developer
  • Experience in Python (Django) and Vue.js is a must
  • Experience in React is nice to have
  • Have good reception to receive critical feedback
