Job description

A leading healthtech company that focuses on optimizing the physical and mental wellbeing of patients is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. As an engineering team member, you will lead the platform development and implementation while developing the front-end website architecture and back-end applications. The company utilizes cutting-edge AI/ML technology and operates as a specialized digital therapeutics and virtual care platform. The selected candidate will work as a resourceful, analytical, and problem-solver with a unique opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact in the healthtech sector. This role requires an overlap with EST.

Job Responsibilities:

Write clear, readable code, layouts, create themes and develop modules
Find solutions to complex problems and set up functions
Design user interactions on web pages
Create servers and databases for maximum functionality
Implement cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
Working alongside UI/UX designers for web design features
Take charge of a project from conception to finished product
Design and develop APIs, and ensure responsiveness of applications
Meet both technical and consumer needs
Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a full-stack developer or similar role for at least 5 years
Experience developing web and mobile applications
Familiarity with common tech stacks
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Understanding of back-end languages (e.g., PHP, Python) and Laravel framework, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js)
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB) and web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx, AWS)
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Fluency in Mandarin
