Job description

A leading platform offering full-service price optimization service to businesses and Shopify brands is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of boosting the performance and responsiveness of the web apps. The platform allows businesses to optimize their pricing strategies and is only focused on growing profit margins month after month. This will be a full-time, long-term position and requires 4+ hours overlap with PST. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take initiative and build out scalable search solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish objectives 
  • Design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
  • Test and fix bugs or other coding issues as they arise
  • Implement and scale features for the platform rapidly

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or back-end developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with JavaScript, Typescript, React, Redux, MongoDB, and NoSQL
  • Prior experience working with Microservices and Docker is desirable
  • Nice to have some Shopify experience
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
