A fast-growing employee engagement tool that allows employees to voice everyday challenges while also helping organizations listen and respond promptly through strategic HR collaboration, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for tackling technical challenges while creating scalable, robust software. The company's cutting-edge technology enables firms to utilize employee feedback in withstanding change by making data-driven future decisions. The company has managed to raise more than £2 mn in funding so far. This role requires an overlap of 4+ hours with the BST time zone and will be a long-term opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

Enhance the functionalities of a robust and scalable platform
Improve the performance, stability, and overall quality of our platform
Create clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code
Work across cross-functional teams to lead the software development

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
Strong JavaScript experience in front-end and back-end
Solid experience working with React, Typescript, API GraphQL, and REST APIs
Prolific knowledge of Node.js/Typescript
Experience with Microservices Docker containers inside of AWS elastic container service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great collaboration and organizational skills
