Job description

A rapidly-growing company that enables creators to have an ownership stake in companies and align long-term incentives is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for building and supporting the applications. The company utilizes equity compensation for performance-based marketing by providing creators with legal, marketing, and budgeting tools to align incentives for the long term. This is a full-time, long-term role and requires a minimum of 4 hours overlap with the PST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to improve the product based on data, research, and insights
  • Produce high-quality results by leading and contributing to cross-functional projects 
  • Translate innovative ideas into powerful and efficient business value
  • Breakdown large/complex problems into multiple small parts
  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture
  • Build large scale, high-performance systems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Node.js, Express.js, AWS, and React
  • Experience with the different phases of the software development life cycle and best practices
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects to meet goals
  • Fluent in English communication and effective collaboration skills
