Job description

A fast-growing company that is building a platform for creating, customizing, and investigating rituals from age-old customs and beyond, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be engaging in frequent Scrum meetings as a contributing member of the product team. The company's goal is to transform at-home Jewish rituals by providing people with sophisticated, easily navigable design tools that enable them to create a wide range of distinctive and varied experiences. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about working in an agile environment while juggling competing priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team through the full-stack implementation of architecture ideas
Assist with sizing, implementing, and prioritizing features in order to get an MVP and eventually go into production
With the team's architectural blueprints, present product managers with trade-offs and business justifications for choosing one strategy over another
Assist the project management team in order to maintain the project or projects on schedule and in line with corporate goals
For technical demands, give management an estimate of the effort and cost
Supervise the organization's managed services' implementation, upkeep, and uptime SLAs
Assist the SQA team and the company's overall quality management process
Provide technical feasibility input for the company's quarterly planning process (OKRs)
Uphold strict security guidelines for users and clients as well as the company's products
Provide prompt assistance and root cause analysis (RCA) for technical issues

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
Extensive experience working with React
In-depth knowledge of serverless deployments and operations
Some understanding regarding the trade-offs associated with modern software patterns such as microservices, API-first development, and event-driven/reactive systems
Experience in agile development is necessary
Strong technical understanding, particularly with B2B SaaS system requirements
Must be a well-rounded full-stack developer with some prior expertise in product-focused engineering
Demonstrate the capacity for independent engineering work
Extremely precise, orderly, and detail-oriented
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities with non-technical stakeholders as well as other engineers
At ease conveying and executing a system component based on high-level specifications, devoid of direct
Some familiarity with PostgreSQL and GraphQL is desirable
Nice to have some understanding of Microservices and SaaS
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
