Job description

A U.S.-based company that is committed to creating innovative tools for automation and coding help is looking for a Full-Stack Developer. The product's future will be greatly influenced by the developer, who will lead both front-end and back-end development with an emphasis on delivering a streamlined, effective, and user-friendly experience. The company's goal is to completely transform the way engineers interact with code, resulting in more efficient and intuitive work. Their most recent effort attempts to push the limits of automated coding solutions, drawing inspiration from programs such as Copilot.

 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Use software and prompt engineering to contribute to huge GitHub depositories
  • Keep track of the work being done to resolve current problems and troubleshoot LLM-generated prompts
  • Assure the automatization, organization, and quality of the code
  • Test, troubleshoot, and maintain the fundamental product software to guarantee robust functionality and optimization
  • Contribute to best practices for software development to assist to direct team development efforts toward project delivery success


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Expertise in back-end development, with proficiency in either Java or C++
  • Demonstrated contributions to large GitHub repositories (exceeding 50,000 lines of code)
  • Experience in working with at least one additional front-end or back-end language/framework (such as Rust, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Swift, etc.)
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, demonstrating an understanding of the latest advancements in AI and its applications in software development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proficiency in English
  • A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
