Job description

A fast-growing start-up focused on building the privacy API is looking for a Full-stack Architect. The architect will be responsible for working on the SDK stack, building out SDKs in React, Angular and iOS/Android, and more. The company is funded by some top investors and has raised a total of $25 mn in funding so far. The platform’s data privacy vaults deliver security, compliance and governance via a simple API. This is a good opportunity for those who want to create a lasting impact in building new products and features at scale. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead/drive projects in Go and Node.js services hosted in Kubernetes
  • Develop UI written in Typescript and React.js
  • Drive building of various client-side SDK’s for both web and mobile platforms
  • Build products that are scalable and highly performant
  • Participate in building and implementing effective test strategies 
  • Develop software with high agility and zero downtime

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in web UI application development
  • Experience in working as an architect or tech lead for high impact customer facing projects
  • Experience in modern technologies such as JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular, Node.js, Go, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with continuous integration, designing testable code, and test-driven development
  • Experience in building mobile applications in iOS, Android, and React Native
  • Distributed system development experience is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of modern web applications design architecture, good API design patterns, performance and scale
