Job description

A renowned global healthcare company, focused on advancing medical innovations and improving patient outcomes, is seeking a talented AI/Data Engineer to join their team. The engineer will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing a cutting-edge social media tracking platform for medical congresses. The successful candidate will have expertise in RShiny or Python Dash, as well as experience with Domino and CI/CD pipelines. The NYSE-listed organization has successfully transformed the pharmaceutical and medical industry for over a century with their single-minded determination and revolutionary breakthroughs. Additionally, a strong background in AI/NLP and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain interactive applications using RShiny or Python Dash
  • Collect and analyze tweets using advanced AI and machine learning techniques
  • Perform sentiment analysis to gain insights from social media data
  • Expand the functionality of the application by incorporating additional data sources and enhancing visualization capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the end-to-end capability of the platform
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as an AI/Data Engineer
  • Proficient in RShiny (preferred) or Python Dash for developing interactive applications
  • Experience working with Domino for efficient data science workflows and collaboration
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ability to establish automation processes
  • Background in AI/NLP with a focus on natural language processing techniques
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques for enhancing user experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both conversational and written
