Job responsibilities

  • Analyze code quality, efficiency, functionality, and performance
  • Share valuable ideas to estimate product features and potential solutions
  • Participate in troubleshooting production issues and keeping documentation for future reference

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or IT (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience as an Android app developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Deep knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, and Android Jetpack components

  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

  • Experience in implementing database concepts using SQLite, Room
  • Understanding of debugging using ADB DDMS, Crashlytics, etc.
  • Ability to run unit testing using Mockito, Robolectric, Junit, etc.
