Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and direct research and development and processes to achieve goals with AI strategy
  • Understand business complexities and the scope of integrating AI capabilities to create solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas to drive benefit with significant AI solutions
  • Analyze and explicate AI and ML solutions while setting high ethical standards
  • Manage and direct research and development and processes to achieve goals with AI strategy
  • Understand business complexities and the scope of integrating AI capabilities to create solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas to drive benefit with significant AI solutions
  • Analyze and explicate AI and ML solutions while setting high ethical standards
  • Work closely with the engineering team and executive leadership on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, etc.
  • Keep documentation and articulate solution architecture and lessons learned throughout the exploration and accelerated incubation
  • Maintain close communication between stakeholders and project teams to share feedback and help in making the required modifications to product presentation and to improve performance

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or cognitive science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in applied AI for practical and comprehensive technology solutions (rare exceptions for exceptionally skilled developers)
  • Proven experience with ML, Deep Learning, Tensorflow, Python, NLP
  • Expertise with program leadership, governance, and change enablement
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or cognitive science (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience with ML, Deep Learning, Tensorflow, Python, NLP

  • Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practice patterns
  • Well-versed with REST API development, NoSQL design, RDBMS design, and optimizations
  • Proficient in using Python and one or more major AI platforms
  • Good understanding of machine learning/AI Algorithms modeling and evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services/REST
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Fluency in English for effective communication
  • Availability to work with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
