Job description

A U.S.-based startup that is gearing up to launch a cutting-edge platform to help emergency service contractors, is looking to hire a Mobile Engineer to join their team. The selected candidate will take ownership of critical company projects and collaborate with the team to build, maintain, and optimize its mobile platform. The company is building a modern solution- software that will make it easier for disaster and emergency service contractors to keep track of and perform critical operations. This position requires a 4-hour overlap with the PST time zone, and is an exciting opportunity for developers who want to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of designing, building, and implementing software programs for mobile platform
  • Understand user needs and use data-driven insights to develop scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create a product roadmap
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Mobile Engineer
  • Expertise in React Native and TypeScript with at least 4 years of working experience in both
  • Strong understanding of Swift would be a plus
  • Good English communication skills
