Job description

A leading healthcare company focused on improving health and science through better human engagement is looking for a Mobile Developer. The selected candidate will work within the product team to build out exciting new features for the company's mobile application. The platform blends technology and behavioral science to transform how clinical trial participants and researchers engage. This will be a full-time role that requires an overlap with the PST time zone. It is a unique opportunity for developers to rub shoulders with industry veterans and gain some valuable, first-hand experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain quality, reusable code
Plan, design, and implement high-quality features
Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams
Improve and enhance engineering standards, processes, and culture

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a mobile developer
Demonstrable skills working with Dart and Flutter
Familiarity with UI and UX designs is desirable
Some advanced architecture experience is nice to have
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
