Job description

A rapidly-growing company providing convenient, eco-friendly, and cost-effective mattress renting services to college students is looking for a Java Developer. The selected candidate will be developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code. The company offers superior bedding and mattress solutions to college students in order to help them live healthier and more comfortable lifestyles. This is a nice opportunity for developers to put their skills to the test and build robust, cutting-edge solutions.   


Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct code reviews and suggest improvements
  • Write robust, low latency, and high-performance codes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain feedback on the viability and scalability of the product
  • Work within stringent deadlines to deliver solutions 
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize and integrate processes 


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Prolific experience in AWS, PostgreSQL Java 8, and Spring 
  • Innovative mindset with problem-solving skills 
  • Solid background in the development of Java applications
  • Ability to write clean and scalable codes
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
