Job description

A well-established company that is developing online social casino games and services on their platform is looking for a Java Back-End Developer. The developer will be involved in the entire development life cycle while developing scalable solutions. The company is on a mission to build a world-class platform that enables users to make money while playing online games. This position requires some overlap with the EST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment 
  • Participate in the team's daily standups 
  • Write clean, reliable, and highly maintainable code including robust tests
  • Identify and troubleshoot end-to-end problems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Spring, Spark, and Java
  • Extensive experience with Redis and MongoDB
  • Familiarity working with React, JavaScript, Microservices, and Socket.io
  • Excellent English communication skills
