Job description

An emerging company that is one of the leading validator teams worldwide on the bleeding edge of blockchain consensus implementations is looking for a Full-Stack Blockchain Engineer. The selected candidate will be participating in code reviews, documentation, and development process. The company has managed to develop some pretty serious key management and DevOps software. This role will be a full-time, long-term one requiring some overlap with the AEST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new ideas, design, and build end-to-end web architecture
  • Work alongside different team members to build modern solutions
  • Build easy to upgrade, responsive, and well-documented stacks
  • Work with a test-oriented mindset for troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software
  • Develop and manage microservices using Microsoft .NET/C# and supporting technologies
  • Assist in planning tests and analyzing applications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full Stack engineer
  • Thorough understanding of front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, Typescript, Vue.js, HTML/CSS, Redux, Angular, UX Design, WordPress, Spark, or UI Design
  • Ability to work with Solidity and blockchain platforms
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node, Redux, Python, Rust, PHP, Java, Go/Golang, Ruby on Rails, Django, Google Cloud Platform, Laravel, among others
  • Ability to deploy smart contract systems to Ethereum or another
  • Familiarity with database solutions like MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, among others
  • A firm grasp of the design and construction of REST APIs is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of large systems, complex code bases, and version control systems such as Git
  • Fluency in English and the communication skills to effortlessly collaborate with engineering managers
