Job description

A U.S.-based company that is creating top-notch security technologies to assist clients in achieving complete search dominance, is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of creating front-end libraries and reusable components for later use. The company's innovative solutions and technologies give businesses a competitive edge in affiliate marketing and search. This position requires at least 3+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the back-end and core teams to create and maintain the web application
  • collaborate closely with the UI/UX team when developing web applications
  • convert wireframes and drawings into high-quality code
  • As required, use whiteboard conversations to create wireframes and user interfaces.
  • Team up closely with QA to create high-quality SW
  • Interact with the customers as necessary to help them comprehend the problems and troubleshoot them
  • Participate throughout the entire development process
  • Enhance component performance for a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers
  • Create responsive, performance-optimized, and mobile web applications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end or full-stack engineer
  • Extensive expertise in developing enterprise-grade web apps with complex interface integrations (both internal and external systems)
  • Thorough understanding of JavaScript, particularly the JavaScript object model and DOM manipulation
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Working knowledge of code versioning technologies that can be demonstrated
  • Prior experience with the Next.js framework and its fundamental ideas
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
  • In-depth knowledge of current front-end build tools and pipelines, like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Talent and skilled in optimization and benchmarking
  • Extensive knowledge of common development tools including GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Cloud DevOps, and Docker
  • Willing to improve the application and support the present tech stack (ExtJS)
  • Familiarity with hybrid and agile work environments
  • Prior experience with a SaaS dashboard and reporting UI is nice to have
  • Excellent English communication skills
