Job description

A fast-growing, globally distributed company determined to provide people with exceptional shared gaming experiences is looking for a Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining fluid and intuitive front-end applications. The US-based company is developing core games for tablet, mobile, and emerging platforms. They have managed to secure $70mn+ in funding so far. This will be a full-time position that requires some overlap with the BRT time zone. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Successfully deploy code to production with a high level of automation, code coverage, and monitoring
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide them through standard software development practices
  • Ensure top quality code; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot and upgrade the application
  • Display leadership qualities with an ability to take ownership of technical projects and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • Must have experience with React and Node.js
  • Knowledge of third party integrations and Python is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Internet tools support is nice to have
