Job description

A fast-growing company that leverages the power of AI to centralize qualitative data into a single source of truth and synthesize actionable insights is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The engineer will be helping the team to build scalable and delightful products and push them to the right qualified customers. The company is producing cutting-edge software that’s delightful to use with the ability to deliver customer outcomes rapidly and reliably. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience building continuous delivery pipelines
  • Act as a thought leader and champion for the principles of DevOps and continuous delivery
  • Design, build and improve all aspects of our deployment pipeline, from the reliability of code releases to making it easier for engineers to deliver customer outcomes
  • Work with the teams to design, build and improve tools and processes necessary to accelerate the flow of work, remove constraints, and operate according to a lean approach
  • Collaborate extensively with engineers to build tools and systems that support the company’s services and allow engineers to deliver high-quality software
  • Take charge of the application performance monitoring solution and works with the teams in this regard
  • Contribute to Systems Administration, Site Reliability Engineering and Application Incident Management
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, research, recommend, and implement additional systems and services
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends through resources like DORA's State of DevOps report

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Proven track record in a DevOps or SRE role, focusing on tooling, automation, and distributed systems development
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes and containerization
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Pulumi or Terraform
  • Prior experience with a cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and performance metrics 
  • Strong programming experience in languages like Typescript, JavaScript, Python, and Go 
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, along with a strong desire to pair program
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
