Job description

A US-based company specializing in a data-driven security platform for the cloud is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The selected candidate will assist the team in getting CI & CD pipeline design and tooling. The platform's powerful technology analyses millions of incoming data points, correlates them into behaviors, detects potential security events, and then assists users in focusing on the major security threats that need to be addressed right away. During their Series D round, the company successfully secured fundings worth more than $595 mn. This will be a full-time position and a great opportunity for developers to make a rapid career progression.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular feedback for improvements in reliability, upgradeability & testability
  • Participate in design reviews, and guide fellow developers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, fix code bugs and set up the required infrastructure
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule, and quality
  • Write effective documentation
  • Perform greenfield deployments and suggest improvements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps engineer
  • 4-5+ years of experience working with Python or Java
  • Prolific knowledge of basic cloud computing fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Extensive experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform or Ansible)
  • Familiarity and a strong focus on providing excellent the product quality
  • Prior experience with some type of testing is desirable
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
