Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems
Develop and implement data standards, ensuring data quality and accessibility for future use
Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects
Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Data Engineering role
At least 2+ years of experience with Apache Kafka, 5+ years of experience with Java, and 5+ years of experience with React
Proven ability to design, build and manage data pipelines for data structures encompassing data transformation, data models, schemas, metadata, and workload management
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills
